Kate Fleming teamed up with Said Business School to conduct a research project - sales and client management in UK law firms.

 

Kate Fleming worked with Prof. Chris McKenna, Director of the Centre for Professional services at Said Business School, part of Oxford University. They set up a study to look at the changes law firms have made and will make in the future with regard to sales and client management in response to the changing market for legal services.

 

The study included contributions from leaders of law firms, GC, suppliers to law firms and business leaders.
