Executive coach & business development consultant
Judith has specialised in working with the professional services sector as a trainer, executive coach and consultant for the last 12 years.
Her particular expertise is working with fee earners to equip them with the skills needed to further their careers in an increasingly competitive environment, including leadership, business development, negotiation and networking, both on a group and one-to-one basis. She has worked with many of the leading firms in the UK and internationally, delivering programmes across Europe, US, India and Russia.
Judith brings considerable experience gained from a successful career in financial services and management consultancy. She has held a number of senior positions, including UK Managing Director and European Head of Business Development for one of the leading outsourcing providers of research and analytics, where she worked with a number of top international law and accounting firms and managed revenues in excess of $20million.
Having always had a keen interest and belief in the development of people, Judith began her coach training in 2002 confident in the knowledge that the combination of coaching and mentoring is one of the most effective means of helping others to achieve outstanding performance. She has continued to invest in her own development as a coach, completing an advanced diploma of executive coaching mastery and her ICF accreditation in 2005.
In recent years she has developed a keen interest in working with individuals to build their resilience and emotional intelligence as she is a firm believer that these two elements are the key to developing confident and high-performing fee earners. She is a qualified emotional intelligence practitioner and resilience coach and continues to stay abreast of developments in the field of Neuro Science.
